Katrina brings over 23 years of revenue cycle leadership experience, including Interim Revenue Cycle Director management, hospital and Rural Health Clinic turnaround consulting, full scope revenue cycle operations, and electronic health record system conversions/implementations. Katrina began her career as an Admissions Supervisor in Sidney, NE and spent the next 15 years gaining more revenue cycle responsibility before starting her own hospital billing company. Before joining EqualizeRCM, she was the CEO and Owner of KAM Consulting, an interim revenue cycle management and hospital turnaround company, based in Texas.

Katrina is most passionate about rural healthcare and transforming the revenue cycle functions at rural facilities, so they become more financially sustainable. Residing in Crosby, Texas, she enjoys spending time with her family, travel, and hospital turnarounds.
