Anupama is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in managing and executing strategic HR initiatives. Her expertise lies in building and scaling HR for Global Capability Centres in India. She posses a unique blend of strategic insights and hands-on execution capabilities essential for driving HR initiatives that are aligned with business growth. She has established the HR function from ground up for companies like Anthem, IQVIA, BMS and Cigna, creating policies, establishing robust processes and putting systems in place that are scalable and aligned with business strategies. As an independent HR consultant, she has led HR transformation initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring HR practices that contribute to overall organizational success. These initiatives include streamlining HR Operations, implementing change management and driving HR digitization to enhance efficiency and impact.

Anupama has a strong passion for nurturing leadership within organizations, and is a certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Her experience includes designing and executing leadership development programs that enhance managerial capabilities and prepare readers for future challenges.
